James McDonald is held on first after ending Matt Cain’s perfect game bid with a single in the sixth inning. McDonald was the only Pirate to reach base, as the Bucs dropped their fourth consecutive game.

A.J. Burnett, who was slated to make a rehab start in Altoona, decided to take the hill on a cold, damp night at PNC Park. He mowed down the Cardinals in his Pirates debut in seven scoreless innings, as the Buccos won, 2-0.

Jose Tabata makes a leaping grab to end the game at Turner Field. The Pirates defeated the Braves by a score of 4-2.
